Every UOB fixed deposit rate
UOB publishes two sets of rates for Singapore-dollar fixed deposits: a promotion for fresh funds placed in the UOB TMRW app, and its board rates, which apply to other placements and to a promotional deposit when it renews. Here is every rate on UOB’s page, as we read it today.

How to place a UOB fixed deposit
- Log in to the UOB TMRW app; promotional placements are made there.
- Choose the term and amount, and the account the money comes from. For the promotion it must be fresh funds, not money already at UOB.
- Choose what happens at the end: renew, or pay out. If you leave it, the deposit and its interest renew at the board rate for the same term.
UOB’s page (checked 24 Oct 2026) says app placements are processed Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 9.30 pm and Saturday 8 am to 9.30 pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays; instructions sent at other times are processed, and start earning interest, on the next business day. Online placements are capped at S$999,999 each.

Questions people ask
What is UOB’s fixed deposit rate today?
On 24 Oct 2026, UOB’s highest fixed deposit rate was 1.70% for 12 months (TMRW app promotion, in the app · fresh funds · S$10,000+ · until 31 Oct). Its 12-month board rate for S$50,000 is 1.00%. We read UOB’s page twice a day.
How do I get UOB’s promotional rate?
The current promotion, its terms, minimum and end date are in the first table above, read from UOB’s page today. Under UOB’s terms as we checked them on 24 Oct 2026, the promotion is placed in the UOB TMRW app and is for individual customers; fresh funds means money not moved from an existing UOB savings, current or fixed deposit account, and not a UOB cheque; and online placements are capped at S$999,999 each. Once placed, the promotional rate is fixed until the deposit ends, though UOB can change or end the promotion for new placements at any time. Read the full terms for the 12-month promotion on UOB’s site.
What happens if I withdraw a UOB promotional deposit early?
Under the promotion’s terms (checked 24 Oct 2026), UOB pays the promotional rate only if the deposit is held to the end; if you withdraw it early, no interest is paid. Keep money you may need back in a savings account or a shorter term.
What rate does my UOB fixed deposit renew at?
When a deposit ends, the deposit and its interest renew at UOB’s board rate for the same term unless you give other instructions (term 2.4 of the promotion’s terms). For 12 months that is the board rate in the table above, often well below the promotion. Before your deposit ends, move it, or tell UOB to pay it out.
Is UOB’s rate the same for every amount?
UOB sets its board rates in amount bands, from below S$50,000 to S$999,999. When neighbouring bands pay the same at every term, the table joins them into one column, so a single column means one rate for every amount.
Is UOB interest taxed?
No. Interest individuals earn on deposits with banks in Singapore is not taxed.
How we get these numbers
Twice a day, at 9:35 am and 3:35 pm, a script on our own server opens each bank’s and finance company’s fixed deposit page, the same page you would see, and reads every rate, term, amount band and condition on it. 15 of 17 pages read cleanly on the last run.
A read is held instead of published if anything looks off: the page’s layout changed, a rate moved more than 0.5 points at once, a deal vanished, or the page did not load. The last good rates then stay up, marked “being checked”, until we have looked at the bank’s page ourselves. A bank still held after 14 days moves to “check by hand”.
RHB and Sing Investments & Finance block automatic reads, so we link to their pages instead of guessing. Maybank’s Deposits Bundle, which needs a savings account placement alongside, is not included; its iSAVvy online and board rates are.
We rank by the rate the bank publishes (or its stated effective rate, where a bonus is paid at the end), and show the conditions next to every rate. No bank pays to be listed, and the order is never changed by hand.
- UOB’s rates come from its Singapore dollar time/fixed deposit rates page, read twice a day with the other banks on our fixed deposit rates page.
- This page shows numbers, not advice on where to put your money. See our disclaimer, how we get our numbers and corrections.
