Who runs it
Jeremiah Say is the company’s director and only shareholder. He is a software developer and data analyst in Singapore, a Singapore Institute of Technology graduate and a former maths tutor. He edits all five sites: he writes the jobs that collect their data, builds the tools and checks the pages.

How it is paid for
The company is paid for by what its sites earn and by its director. It has no outside investors. Each site says on its own page how it earns, for example from ads, referral links or paid access to data:

A deal made for one site never buys a number, a ranking or a place on another. No bank, brand or advertiser pays for what any of the five sites says.
What it is not
- Not a financial adviser. The company holds no licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Numbers.sg publishes general information, not advice; see the Disclaimer.
- Not a government body. None of its sites is part of, endorsed by or paid by the Singapore Government or any of its agencies.
- Not a cybersecurity firm. That was its former name. Its business now is publishing these five sites (name history).

The UEN stayed the same. The company took its new name to match its business: publishing these five sites. Its old website, arkshield.sg, now redirects to Toggle9.
Questions
Why are five different sites run by one company?
So that one legal party is responsible for all of them, with one set of accounts and one data protection officer. For readers, each site stays separate, with its own rules, sources and corrections.
Does a bank, brand or investor own part of the company?
No. Its only shareholder is its director, Jeremiah Say. Where his own holdings touch a subject, such as the T-bills and Savings Bonds on Numbers.sg, they are disclosed on his page.
Is Numbers Publishing a financial adviser?
No. It holds no licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore and gives no financial advice. Numbers.sg shows published rates and works out sums from them; what to do with your money is your decision.
